JMC's David Toppan continued his torrid scoring pace running for two touchdowns in a 22-7 win over MemberCARE in myte division play in the Sault Minor Football Association.

Week six action marked the conclusion of the regular season for all three divisions with the playoffs scheduled to begin on Wednesday night.

Toppan finished the regular season with 15 touchdowns in six games to lead the Myte division.

Peter Greve scored the other touchdown for JMC who finish the regular season undefeated at 6-and-0. MemberCARE's Justin Elwgren on a fourth and fourteen situation ran a sweep 80-yards for MemberCARE's only score.

The Rezolution Raiders locked up second spot in the Myte division with a 29-8 win over Lop Lops. Thomas Pratt led the Raiders with two touchdowns with singles going to Dion Bouliane and Ethan MacGillvray. Aiden Mcleod scored the lone touchdown for Lop Lop's.

In the tyke division, Joey Calzone's finished the regular season undefeated as they edged Romes 18-14 in the regular season finale. Jerret Semzyszyn, Jake Wright and Luke Buck did the scoring for Joey Calzone's. Joshua Fritz and Rhys Mahler replied for Rome's. The same two teams will battle it out in one of the semi-final matchups on Sunday, July 25th.

Luc Glover led the way with two touchdowns as GP Flakeboard edged Tin Grins 37-20. Jake Travaglini, Matthew Fitton and Anthony Butorac also contributed with touchdowns. Tyler Gil, Kristan Prasek and Greg Gagnon scored for Tin Grins in a losing effort.

The same two teams will go at it again Wednesday, July 20th in the quarterfinal for the right to face SportsGold in Sunday's semi-final.

In bantam, Matt Wagner jumped on a missed field goal in the endzone as Brody's squeaked out a 8-0 win over Scholars. Wagner was the holder on the field goal attempt. When the kick went wide Wagner recovered the ball in the endzone for the games only major.

Scholars will seek revenge Sunday when the two teams square off in one of the semi-finals.

The scorching heat played a major factor in Aurora's 26-0 win over Firefighters. The Firefighters, already with a depleted lineup going into the game, ran out of players late in the contest and could not finish the game.

Four different players scored touchdowns for Aurora's. Brian Nanne, Matt Buchan, Alex Griffa and David Quesnele led Aurora's to victory in a preview of Sunday's semi-final.
