NORTHERN ONTARIO HOCKEY ASSOCIATION

************************* "Speak Out" - bullying, harassment and abuse workshop

The Northern Ontario Hockey Association will conduct a "Speak Out" - bullying, harassment and abuse workshop in Sault Ste. Marie on Monday, January 8, 2007.

The workshop will be held at the Queen Elizabeth Pool/John Rhodes Complex in the upstairs classroom.

Starting time is 6:30 p.m. and the clinic will run approximately 3 1/2 hours.

The cost of the clinic is $15 payable at the door.

The "Speak Out" workshop will familiarize participants with the bullying, harassment and abuse policies of Hockey Canada and the NOHA.

The workshop is mandatory for all team staff, but is also open to all interested officials, parents and players.

Those who do not pre-register will not be permitted to participate in the workshop.

This will be the final "Speak Out" workshop held this season.
