Pee Wee played kicked off the week Tuesday night, with Headlines shutting out Purvis Marine 4 - 0. Adrianna Bressan had the shut-out for Headlines, while Darcee McCaig was the spark plug offensively by scoring three goals.

Pee Wee played kicked off the week Tuesday night, with Headlines shutting out Purvis Marine 4 - 0. Adrianna Bressan had the shut-out for Headlines, while Darcee McCaig was the spark plug offensively by scoring three goals. Taylor Bellini had the other Headlines goal. Earning single assists on the night were Megan Vernelli, Megan Girardi and Audrey Steele.

Thursday night Stitch King and Headlines battled it out to a 2 - 2 tie. Paige Trecroce lead the way for Stitch King with a goal and an assist. Jayne Bondy had the other Stitch King goal while Lauren Fabbro and Rylee Fox each earned one assist. For Headlines, Taylor Bellini and Megan Girardi had the goals, picking up single assists on the night were Lilliana Bressan, Taylor Maitland and Samantha Giuliani.

Saturday exhibition play had the Eazy Cab Atom Wildcats facing off against Meyers Munchies, with the Wildcats taking advantage of a short Meyers bench in defeating them by an 8 - 2 score. Lydia Murray lead the way with two goals and two assists, Lauren Rimmer also had a pair of goals. Caitlin Baker and Casie King each had a goal and assist, single markers went to Jamie-Lynn Anich and Megan Turcotte. Hali Studens had two assists with singles going to Erin Gillespie, Kaysie Bordin, Allie Marshall, Megan Hayes and Danielle Watling. For Meyers, Larissa Carlucci had both goals with Brooke Roach-Neville and Heather Pine adding one assist each.

Pee Wee play finished off on Sunday evening with Meyers Munchies blanking Purvis Marine 5 - 0. Brooke Roach-Reville had a two goal, two assist evening, Larissa Carlucci added a pair of goals as well. Heather Pine had the other Meyers goal and Alyssa Jones added one assist. Emily Hodgson picked up the shut-out.

Bantam play Tuesday got off to a bit of a slow start as Christie's Camper Sales and Soo Sports Excellence skated to a scoreless tie. Shannon Belanger had the shut-out for Christie's while Alicia Willoughby was between the pipes for Soo Sports.

Thursday night Bantam play, Station Mall goaltender Brittney Peterson was the story of the game as they got past Soo Sports Excellence by 2 - 1 score. Soo Sports outplayed and outshot Station Mall, but Peterson stood very tall in the net to allow only the one goal to get by her. Jessica Fabbro had two goals for Station Mall, with Taylor Tangie picking up one assist. Jennifer Elliott had the Soo Sports goal with Kristen Henderson and Cassandra Tessaro picking up the assists.

Bantam exhibition play on Saturday had the Maitland Ford Pee Wee Wildcats and Soo Sports Excellence skating to a 1 - 1 tie. Chelsea Gaudette had the Wildcat goal, with an assist going to Meggie Lesage. Sam Jefferson, assisted by Ciarra Pilon, handled the Soo Sports scoring.

Bantam action Sunday began with a back-and-forth battle between Soo Sports Excellence and Riuniti Banquet Halls, with Soo Sports coming out on top by 5 - 4 count. Jennifer Elliott had three goals for Soo Sports and Jessica Morin picked up her first two goals of the year, as well as adding one assist. Kristen Henderson and Kellsie Bordin had two assists each, other single helpers went to Casandra Tessaro and Sam Jefferson. Shelby Sayers-Jones had a good night for Riuniti, picking up two goals and one assist. Stephanie D'Ettorre and Kayla Studens had the other goals.

Bantam play finished off with Christie's Camper Sales jumping out to an early 2 - 0 first period lead, then hanging on the rest of the way to defeat Station Mall 2 - 1. Karissa Barbarie and Sydney Mazzonello had the Christie goals, with Hannah Murray and Laura Orlando adding one assist each. Natalie Roberts had the Station Mall goal with assists going to Evelyn Steele and Kayla Visnevsky.

Intermediate play started off with Seamless Eavestrough and Duke of Windsor playing to a 1 - 1 draw. Erica Aceti, with an assist from Katie Pietrzakowski, scored for Seamless while Tiffany Van Zant had an unassisted goal for Duke.

The later game saw Tasha McClelland pick up another shut-out as Best Western downed McDougall Fuels by a 2 - 0 count. Tiana Chandler had both Best Western goals while Alaina DeBruyne, Shannon Decker and Lacey Harrison picked up one assist each.

Duke of Windsor and Best Western finished off the week by skating to a 2 - 2 tie. Samantha Koshowski and Melissa Theriault had the Duke goals with Julia Mannello and Ashley Dellaire each contributing one assist. Jessica Masters had both Best Western goals, Katie Litalien and Devon Rafter had one assist each.
