Sault College ready for Alumni Weekend

The Sault College Cougars are set to celebrate the athletes from the past as the annual Alumni Weekend begins on Friday. Games are set for this Friday beginning with a women's volleyball contest at 5 p.m. followed by men's basketball at 7 p.m.

The Sault College Cougars are set to celebrate the athletes from the past as the annual Alumni Weekend begins on Friday.

Games are set for this Friday beginning with a women's volleyball contest at 5 p.m. followed by men's basketball at 7 p.m. at the Sault College gym.

After the hoops contest, the venue shifts to the John Rhodes Community Centre for the first ever Alumni hockey game at 9 p.m.

The current Cougar teams will suit up against the Alumni in basketball and volleyball while the hockey game will feature a mix of players and coaches dating back to the mid 1980's.

There are still a few more spots open for those former players who may want to dress.
