*************************** Teddy bear toss / stuff-a-bus Saturday

The Soo Greyhounds Hockey Club would like to remind their fans that they will be holding their annual "Teddy Bear Toss" and "Stuff-a-bus" event tomorrow, Saturday, November 25, when they play host to the Ottawa 67's.

Fans are encouraged to bring a stuffed animal (like the one pictured from last year's toss) to the game and when the Hounds score their first goal of the game, the fans are to throw the stuffed animals onto the ice.

As for the Stuff-a-bus portion of the event, a City Transit vehicle will be parked at the main entrance of the Steelback Centre and staff will be accepting donations of new or gently used toys, clothing along with non-perishable food items.

All donations from this event will go towards Christmas Cheer to help those less fortunate in our community.
