The Easy Cab Pee Wee Wildcats went undefeated this weekend in the 23rd annual Scarborough Sharks Tournament. While only allowing three goals they tallied up 21 of their own.

The Easy Cab Pee Wee Wildcats went undefeated this weekend in the 23rd annual Scarborough Sharks Tournament. While only allowing three goals they tallied up 21 of their own.

In their first game of the Easy Cab Pee Wee Wildcats got strong defensive play and goaltending to get their first shut out of the tournament. Defeating Uxbridge Bruins 4-0, they received a hat trick from Mackenzie Gibson while the single went to Makayla Metivier. Victoria Seabrook provided 2 assists, while Stephanie D'Ettorre, Cierra Luxton, Jamie Orlando, Michelle Fabbro and Taylor Cleminson all had singles. Shots on goal were Wildcats 24 and Uxbridge 12. Rachelle Graham received the shut out.

In the second game of the tournament the Pee Wee Wildcats continued their winning ways defeating the North York Storm 3-1 in a penalty filled game that saw the Wildcats receive 10 minor penalties. They continued their strong defense play and only allowed 13 shots while delivering 24. Goals came from Mackenzie Gibson with two and Stephanie D'Ettorre with the single. Lexxi Saarinen had 2 assists while singles went to Taylor Cleminson, Mackenzie Gibson, and Stephanie D'Ettorre.

In the third game of the tournament the Pee Wee Wildcats continued their wining ways by defeating the Scarborough Sharks 5-0. They were lead by Jamie Orlando with 2 goals, with singles going to Cierra Luxton, Stephanie D'Ettorre and Taylor Cleminson. Double assists went to Cierra Luxton and Makayla Metivier while singles went to Mackenzie Gibson, Taylor Cleminson, and Meggie Lesage. The shut out was shared by Rachelle Graham and Amada Paquin. Shots on goal were the Wildcats 15 and the Sharks 12.

In the Championship game the Pee Wildcats faced the Uxbridge Bruins. The game saw the first period end with the teams tied at 1 and shots on goal being even at 6 a piece. The second period the Pee Wee Wildcats cranked it up scoring 4 unanswered goals and not allowing a shot on net but firing 12 of their own. With the game in total control the Pee Wee Wildcats score 4 more in the third to win the gold with a final score of 9-2. Mackenzie Gibson lead the way with 4 goals while singles went to Jessica Oraziette, Taylor Cleminson, Jaimee Carter, and Michelle Fabbro. Stephanie D'Ettorrereorded 3 assists, Jamie Orlando had 2 and singles went to Meggie Lesage, Lexxi Saarinen, Makayla Metivier, and Cierra Luxton. The final shots on net were the Pee Wee Wildcats 24 the Bruins 10.
