North Stars blank New Liskeard

Too much turkey over the Thanksgiving break didn't slow down the Soo North Stars at all tonight as they defeated the New Liskeard Cubs by a score of 11-0.

The Stars scored three goals in the first period, six in the second and two in the third periods with two scored on the power play.

Justin Hogsden recorded his second shut out of the year.

Scoring for the North Stars tonight was:

1. Zac LaRue from David Quesnele at 7:12 of the first period. 2. Anthony Marasco from Luke O'Brien and Nicholas Romano at 2:26 of the first period on the power play. 3. Luke O'Brien from Chris Buonomo at 00:49 of the first period. 4. Tyler Hawdon from Tyler Evoy and Corey Jackson at 17:49 of the second period. 5. Corey Jackson from Anthony Marasco and Tyler Evoy at 13:34 of the second period. 6. Tyler Evoy from Anthony Marasco and Chris Buonomo at 10:29 of the second on the power play. 7. Kurtis Travaglini from Tyler Evoy and Corey Jackson at 4:37 of the second period. 8. Tyler Hawdon from Kurtis Travaglini and Corey Jackson at 4:18 of the second period. 9. Gregory Sartoretto from Corey Jackson and Luke O'Brien at 3:51 of the second period. 10. Bronson Kovacs from Zac LaRue and Dylan Connolly at 17:18 of the third period. 11.
