A few Soo Greyhounds will be closely watching the 2006 National Hockey Leaue Entry Draft as it begins tonight at GM Place in Vancouver.

Garden River product Trevor Solomon is the top rated Greyhound and could be a late round selection.

The seven-round draft begins at 6 p.m. and early round coverage can be watched live on The Sports Network (TSN).

Other Hounds could be selected including Dustin Jeffrey, who is also ranked, and a pair of wildcards in defensmen Josh Godfrey and Brett Halstead.
