National Supply grabs tie on first day at provincials

The Sault National Supply Pee Wee AAA Majors took a single point away from the first day of competition at the All-Ontario Pee Wee AAA Championships in Leamington.

The Sault National Supply Pee Wee AAA Majors took a single point away from the first day of competition at the All-Ontario Pee Wee AAA Championships in Leamington.

With two games scheduled, National Supply opened with a 2-2 tie against the Ottawa Valley Titans before falling 7-1 to the Toronto Marlies.

Alec D'Orazio and Jake Wright scored for National Supply in the tie while Mackie Edwards notched the lone goal against the Marlies.

The locals are back in action on Tuesday with a single game against the host Sun County Panthers at 1 p.m.
