Kerry Bain, Director of Skating with the LSFSC was very pleased with the skaters’ results. "Having our skaters travel to Thunder Bay to compete before their first qualifier in January was a great opportunity".

"This season, our Skaters will compete in two qualifying competitions, the Algoma Invitational in Sault Ste. Marie and the Make it a Date competition in North Bay. The top scores out of each competition will be ranked against other skaters competing in Ontario at various competitions. Skate Ontario will use a ranking system to determine who qualifies for the Skate Ontario Provincial Championships held in Kingston from Mar. 16 -18, 2018".

The LSFSC Board of Directors would like to wish all of our skaters the best of Luck while vying for a spot to qualify.
