SSMAC'S LEE IMPRESSIVE AT JUNIOR PROVINCIALS

Local swimmer Brian Lee competed at the Jr/SWAD Provincial championships last weekend in Etobicoke, and returned with results to be proud of.

Lee, who only recently turned fourteen, placed fifth in the 100-metre backstroke (1:04:18) and seventh in the 200-metre individual medley (2:23:60). The competition featured swimmers from across the province.

Sault Ste. Marie Aquatic Club athletes will travel to the NEOR Developmental Meet #4 at the end of the month, followed by Division 2 Team Championships, both hosted by the Sudbury Laurentian Swim Club.
