Laird to skip Thursday and race Sunday

The following message was received from Laird International Raceway on Tuesday night: The season opener at Laird International raceway has been postponed once again from Thursday May 31 to Sunday June 3. Gates will be opening at 1:00 p.m.

The following message was received from Laird International Raceway on Tuesday night:

The season opener at Laird International raceway has been postponed once again from Thursday May 31 to Sunday June 3. Gates will be opening at 1:00 p.m. with time trials to start at approximately 3 pm. and racing at 4:00.

This postponement will allow the teams a bit of extra time to get organized for the first race of the season, and should be more enjoyable for fans - with warmer weather during the daytime.
