Laird cancels Monday's races

Laird International Raceway has cancelled tonight's stock car racing program due to the rain that hit the area late this afternoon. Action will continue on Thursday night with racing beginning at 6:30 p.m. instead of the usual 7 p.m. start.

Laird International Raceway has cancelled tonight's stock car racing program due to the rain that hit the area late this afternoon.

Action will continue on Thursday night with racing beginning at 6:30 p.m. instead of the usual 7 p.m. start.

With the track set to host a demolition derby on Thursday following the intermission, LIR officials pushed up the start time and will skip qualifying.
