Kind of a big dill: Sault pickleballers win 8 medals at provincials

This past weekend, 13 players from Soo Pickleball competed in the provincial finals at Swing Courts in Collingwood, bringing home eight medals, a great tournament experience and lots of new pickleball friends, the Soo Pickleball Club says.

"It was tough competition from all over Ontario and we are proud of all our players," the club said in a release.

The players booked their spots in the provincials after winning at the North Regional Tournament held at the Rhodes Arena Aug. 25 to 27.

• Women's 3.5 50+ Vicki Perlini/Toni Rutland
• Women's 3.5 19+ Sue Breton/Aimee Bishop (Wasaga Beach)
