Joyce Kenagy & Sally Herriman Beat the Heat at the 2005 Crimson Ridge Ladies Invitational!

Sault Ste. Marie, ONT (July 12, 2005) The team of Joyce Kenagy and Sally Herriman came out on top at the 2005 Ladies Invitational at Crimson Ridge, shooting a team score of 80 including a spectacular back nine of 1 under par 35.

The full field of 144 women battled the heat all day long as temperatures reached an unprecedented high of 33 degrees and 40 degrees with the humidity. It was also the hottest July 11th since 1966 and almost 10 years since Sault Ste. Marie has ever reached temperatures of that magnitude.
