Hogue backstops Indians to sweep Goalie Elliott Hogue allowed just three goals in two weekend games and the Soo Indians made it a perfect three-for-three week by cuffing the North Bay Skyhawks 3-1 and then disposing of the first-place Sudbury Kal Tire Junior Wolves 6-2. The Indians began the week with an 8-4 triumph over the Blind River Beavers. Sean Farley, Shane Bailey and Paul Isleib scored in the win over North Bay and Farley, Pete Landem, Nick Zilka, Austin Brown, Chris Cooper and Nick Novak all found range in the victory over Sudbury for the Indians, now 16-9-1 on the Northern Ontario Jr. Hockey League season. Farley's two weekend goals give him a team-leading 19 on the season.
