The Soo Greyhounds took to the ice at the Steelback Centre on Friday night with the intention of sending a message to the Windsor Spitfires.

With the Hounds holding the final playoff spot in the Ontario Hockey League's western conference and the Spitfires trailing, the locals wanted to serve notice that they will not be caught in the standings.
