High School Football League report

Just two weeks remain for teams to grab hold of playoff position in the High School Football League.

In the senior division, the St. Mary's Knights took sole possession of first place with a win over the St. Basil Saints in the battle of the unbeaten last week while the Bawating Braves put themselves into playoff position with a huge win over Sir James Dunn.

This week, the key matchup will be the St. Mary's and SJD contest on Saturday afternoon as the Eagles are celebrating the school's 50th reunion. Meanwhile, White Pines and St. Basil while play for second place.

In junior, both St. Basil and Sir James Dunn continue to sport perfect 3-0 records.
