Hiddleston takes four shot victory at Christie's Classic

HIDDLESTON CRUISES TO VICTORY AT CHRISTIE's CLASSIC MEN'S INVITATIONAL

Sault Ste. Marie, ON (September 19, 2005) Jesse Hiddleston of Sault Ste. Marie continued his spectacular season winning the 2nd annual Christie's Classic Men's Invitational at Crimson Ridge. Hiddleston fired a final round 76 to cruise to a four-shot victory over fellow Sault Golf Club members Dan McKenney and Doug Robertson.

Hiddleston struggled with a front nine score of 40 before the horn sounded for a brief thirty minute rain delay. The break recharged Hiddleston as he lit up the back nine with birdies on number 10, 12 and 18 for a score of 36. The junior's two day total of 154 was four shots clear of McKenney and Robertson at 158.

The top finisher from Crimson Ridge was Mike Rajala who fired rounds of 82 - 80 to finish in a three way tie for third at 162.
