Grigg, Kramer enter Hall of Fame

On Thursday night, Andrew Grigg and Jim Kramer became the 19th and 20th members of the Sault Ste. Marie Sports Hall of Fame during a special induction ceremony in the Russ Ramsay room at the Civic Centre.

On Thursday night, Andrew Grigg and Jim Kramer became the 19th and 20th members of the Sault Ste. Marie Sports Hall of Fame during a special induction ceremony in the Russ Ramsay room at the Civic Centre.

Kramer, pictured, was recognized with induction for his performance as a world class bowler during a stretch in the 1960s.

Grigg was selected after a stellar eight-year career in the Canadian Football League with the Hamilton Tiger Cats where he won a Grey Cup in 1999.

The Sault Ste. Marie Sports Hall of Fame is located on the second floor of the John Rhodes Community Centre. With a diversity history in sports, Sault athletes who have attained local, provincial, national and international recognition are honoured.
