Greyhounds pass on CHL import draft

The Canadian Hockey League Import Draft quietly came and went on Wednesday with no action to report from the offices of the Soo Greyhounds.

The Canadian Hockey League Import Draft quietly came and went on Wednesday with no action to report from the offices of the Soo Greyhounds.

Earlier this offseason, the Greyhounds traded ther first round pick to the Kitchener Rangers for London's 4th Round pick, aquired earlier by Kitchener, in the 2007 OHL Priority Selection draft.

The Rangers used the 15th overall pick to select Swiss defenseman Yannik Weber.

The majority of teams passed on their second round selections.
