In a game that was broadcast live on Rogers Sportsnet, the Greyhounds scored two third period goals to lift themselves to a 3-1 victory on the road over the Kitchener Rangers.

The Greyhounds end their three-game road trip with two wins, including a shootout win over the Toronto St. Michael's Majors on Thursday before a loss to the Guelph Storm on Friday.

After a scoreless first period, Jason Pitton notched his 16th goal of the season put the Hounds ahead but Matt Auffrey answered for the Rangers before the second period was out to tie the game at 1-1.

In the third period, Hounds captain Tyler Kennedy, who also added an assist on the night, scored the game winner with just 4:42 remaining in regulation time to give the team a win. Dustin Jeffrey added some insurance with an empty net goal in the final minute.

Kyle Gajewski, the game's first star, stopped 33 of 34 points for the win in goal while Dan Turple took the loss. The Greyhounds fired 39 shots on goal.
