Greyhounds announce exhibition schedule

The Soo Greyhounds have scheduled six tune-ups in preparation for the 2003-04 Ontario Hockey League season. The Hounds will open their exhibition schedule on Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. against the Saginaw Spirit at Memorial Gardens.

The Hounds will open their exhibition schedule on Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. against the Saginaw Spirit at Memorial Gardens. The team will play one other home pre-season game on Sept. 7 at 2 p.m. against the Sudbury Wolves.

The Greyhounds will make four stops on the road. The team travels to Sudbury on Sept. 5 and plays the Windsor Spitfires in Windsor on Sept. 12 and Leamington on Sept. 13 before meeting Saginaw on Sept. 14.

The Greyhounds open training camp with the rookies on Aug. 25 before the main camp on Aug. 27. The annual red-white intra squad game will be played on Aug. 29.

The Hounds open the regular season on Sept. 19 against the Ottawa 67's at Memorial Gardens beginning at 7:30 p.m.
