Sault Ringette Belle Tournament Team literally stormed into Paris, Ontario as they went undefeated to capture Gold.

In round robin play, the Sault met Mitchell and came out with a 7-1 victory. Natalie Hribar got on the scoreboard just 17 seconds into the game assisted by Rebecca Sidwell. Jessica D'Angelo followed up a minute later assisted by Chantal Guitard. The Sault owned the ice with additional goals by Hribar, Haley Allen, Mary McCooeye, Sidwell and Chelsea Clingen. Assists also went to Jessica Sidwell, Tracey Robinson, Guitard and Clingen.

Game 2 saw the Sault defeated Forest 5-3. It was well into the first period when Chantal Guitard fired off a shot to get the Sault on the board. Once they found their marker Riley Jo Linklater picked up 2 goals, with R. Sidwell and Pawson with one a piece. Clingen, D'Angelo (2) Pawson (2), Linklater and Robinson also picked up assists.

Stratford and the Sault met Saturday night for final round robin action with the winner advancing into the final Sunday. Both teams were undefeated entering into play. The Sault came out with a 4-3 victory in a hard fought penalty filled game. The Sault got goals from Guitard, R. Sidwell, McCooeye and D'Angelo, assisted by Linklater (3), McCooeye, Lindsay Eaton and Maggie Kirkwood.

Going for Gold against London the Sault put on the jets and took it to London with a 3-0 win. Stephanie Graham had the shut out with D'Angelo picking up 2, Clingen 1 and assists by Linklater, Pawson and McCooeye.

Undefeated Champions, the Sault left Paris in a storm just as they "Took the Paris Tournament by Storm".
