The Elliot Lake Bobcats started a solid weekend winning at home on Friday night 11-5 against the Nipissing Alouettes.

On Sunday afternoon in Sturgeon Falls, the Bobcats beat the Alouettes 3-1.

The Bobcats are now 2 points out of 2nd place and could move into a tie for 2nd with a win on Wednesday night also against the Nipissing Alouettes. STANDINGS:
