City badminton championships begin Wednesday

Korah Collegiate will be the host site for the High School Badminton City Championships beginning Wednesday. Action starts at noon on Wednesday with the midgets taking the court followed by the juniors from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Action starts at noon on Wednesday with the midgets taking the court followed by the juniors from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. On Thursday, the senior division begins play at 9 a.m. and continues until 1 p.m.

Semi-final action is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thursday followed by the finals at 3 p.m.

Players advancing from the city meet will play in the Northern Ontario Secondary Schools Association (NOSSA) championships in Sudbury on April 20th.
