J.J. Bergamin then doubled Sayers home and Ryan McDonald followed with an RBI single for the third run of the inning.

Sayers finished the game with a triple and a single. He was the only player with more than one hit.

Sunday the Black Sox went into Mancelona to take on the Orange Crush with the league championship wrapped up. The Black Sox took both games by scores of 6-5 and 22-12. Kory Lafreniere chipped in with a pair of singles as the black sox collected 8 hits in the game. The second game was an ugly affair with the Black Sox coming out on top 22-12 in a game that took almost three hours to play.

Chris Buonomo started and went the first three innings allowing one unearned run. Things went downhill from there as Nick Moon gave up three runs in 2/3 of an inning. Then Jake Lake came on to pitch one inning giving up 8 earned runs. J.J. Bergamin was summoned again to pitch the last 2 1/3 innings to secure the win.

Tyler Wilson led the offence for the Black Sox with three singles and a double and four runs batted in. Joey Lesage had two singles and a double with three RBI's and J.J. Bergamin had three singles with three RBI's to pace a 21-hit attack.
