Tuesday night's Soo Cambrian Mazda Midget Black Sox game in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan was postponed.

The game, which would have been the final Great Lakes Baseball League game for the Black Sox, was pushed back to Aug. 1st at James Field in the Michigan Sault. The Black Sox opponent, the EUP Travellers, had a number of players away a baseball camp and could not field their full roster.

With the Midget Black Sox off this weekend, the Sports Gold Bantam Black Sox are set to host a tournament locally.

The five-team tournament kicks off on Friday at Sinclair Yards on Black Road and Second line. The Black Sox play a pair of games on Friday on E Field beginning with the tournament opener at 3 p.m. against Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The Black Sox also play at 8:30 p.m. against Marquette, also on E Field.

The Black Sox play a pair of games on Saturday as they play a double header against Valley East at 4:30 p.m. and Mancelona at 7 p.m. Both games are on E Field.

The Championship game is set for Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. on E Field.
