In game 1 the locals scored 5 times in the top of the 5th to win 6-2. DJ Carter picked up the complete game victory while tossing a 2 hitter along with 6 K's. Pacing the offensive attack was Brandon Hansen with 2 singles and an RBI, while Cory Jackson chipped in with a triple and Richard Lang had a double.

The nightcap game saw the Black Sox win a close 5-4 decision. Cory Jackson went the distance on the mound for the victory giving up 3 hits while striking out 8. Jackson also helped his own cause with a double and two singles. Collin McAuley had two doubles and Richard Lang had a key 2 run double in 4th Inning.

Next action for the Elks 341 Black Sox is June 5th when they return the favor and visit Soo, Michigan. Followed by a weekend Tournament in Midland, Mich.
