Bantam Sox set for tournament in Sudbury

The Elks 341 Bantam Black Sox depart today for their latest tournament, this time in Sudbury. The Black Sox will face three Sudbury area teams – Valley East, the Sudbury Reps, and the Sudbury All-stars.

The Elks 341 Bantam Black Sox depart today for their latest tournament, this time in Sudbury.

The Black Sox will face three Sudbury area teams – Valley East, the Sudbury Reps, and the Sudbury All-stars. The locals will kick off their schedule on Saturday morning and will play all three of their round robin games over the course of the day.

Their record on Saturday will determine which semi-final game they play in on Sunday as well as the time.

The Black Sox coaching staff is confident heading into the tournament noting that if they stick to their game plan, they could be in the drivers' seat when the semi-finals open on Sunday morning.
