The Sault Major Hockey Association dropped the puck on their Bantam AA season on Friday with a pair of games.

In the opener, Brenden Carson scored twice to lead the S&T Lightning to a 6-4 win over the Pino's Titans. T.J. Taylor added a goal and two assists for the winners, Michael Paul scored once and setup another while single goals went to Jessie Smith and Cody Zorzi.

Michael Alexander replied with two goals for the Titans while Paul Muio and Tanner Rutland added one each.

In the second game, Dylan Marshall scored four goals and added an assist to lead the Blueliner's Blackhawks to a 9-5 win over Maple Leaf Motors.

Brendon Coccimiglio scored two goals and added three assists in the win while singles went to Tyler Tornabouno, Stephane Beaulieu and Michael Colizza.

David McCaig led Maple Leaf Motors with two goals and two assists. Mithcel Paradis, Taylor Delarosbil and Jessie McCaig also scored.
