The SIS/Hydraulic Solution “AA” Atom Greyhounds defeated Alpena in a Saturday doubleheader by scores of 7-0 and 9-2.

In the afternoon game, Kirk Garson led the offence with a hat trick, with single goals going to Jacob Palmerio, Owen Headrick, Erik Paradis and Frankie Pucci who also added two assists. Josh Dose had two helpers with single assists being earned by Bryce Campbell, Trent Sepkowski, Carter Lobert, Noah Sartoretto, Matthew Caruso and Dallas Jollineau. Mario Culina earned the shutout victory.

In game two, Caruso was the offensive leader with a goal and 3 assists. Palmerio contributed 2 goals and an assist while Pucci added a goal and 2 assists. Garson and Sepkowski each had a goal and an assist. Sartoretto, Jollineau and Josh Dose each had single tallies. Paradis and Campbell each had two assist outings with Brett D’Orazio earning an assist. Michael Chilelli was the winning goaltender.

Next action for the SIS/Hydraulic Solution “AA” Atom Greyhounds comes Wednesday, Jan. 2 when they take on the AJ Bus Lines/Fisher Wavy “AA” Atom team 7:30 p.m. at the McMeeken arena.
