On Tuesday, December 11th and Wednesday, December 12th, the Algoma District School Board held its boys' volleyball championships.
Capturing the A division championship was Anna McCrea. Team members include Conner Flood, Ryan LaRue, Jemmett Kirk, Ana Abou-zaid, Tyler Huard, Wade Wison, Devin Shell, Michael Dalcin, Mathieu Ouellet, Brett Davie and coach Becky Grisdale.
Tarentorus finished second. Queen Elizabeth captured the B championship. Team members inlcude Andrew Vanderburg, Brandon DePetrillo, Jamie Peters, Kyle Vanderburg, Eric Chan, Ryan Cooke, Patrick Laport, Liam Ortiz, Robert Gioventu, Elliot Wolfe, Nick Hrynuik and coach Mr. Miller.
Parkland was the division runner-up.
