Action in the Algoma Basketball Association girls spring league continued on Sunday with a pair of games at Bawating.

In the opening game, Sal-Developments downed the Root River Raptors 43-34 on the strength of 21 points from Sara Levesque and nine from Sarah Miller. Erika Warren paced the Raptors with 13 points while Michaela O'Neill added 10.

Jessica King and Stella Viotto scored 18 points each to lead Sports Gold past Primo Pizza 53-23. Stephanie Davies, Emily Kozak and Jaclyn Cummings replied with six points each for Primo Pizza.

In the lone game from last week, King and Melissa Viotto scored 20 points each as Sports Gold cruised past the Raptors 67-17. Bridget Hindermeier topped the Raptors with nine points.
