*New* Playoff Ticket Procedure Deadline coming up January 18, 2007

Season Ticket Holders are reminded that time is running out to submit their "new" playoff ticket form.

The deadline is set for January 31st, 2007.

With our season ticket base at record levels, we have decided that we as an organization take steps to make the experience more enjoyable for all. One of the main problems that season ticket holders have expressed to us in years past are the long waits and inconvenience of picking up and paying for their playoff tickets. With our season ticket base well over the 3,000 mark the lines will only become longer, and the incovenience will certainly become greater. We will still allow for those who wish, to remain in the old system of having until 24 hours before each game to pick up their tickets, however, with the simplicity and convenience of this new system, we feel that most of our season ticket base will enrol.

As a result, our new playoff ticket system aims to fix the problems of the past and make the season ticket holder experience much more enjoyable. Should you elect to sign up for this new playoff ticket system, you would NEVER have to wait in line for any play-off game.

With the new system you will receive the tickets for every possible playoff game, prior to the playoffs beginning, and then as the games occur they will be charged to your credit card. All you need to do is follow these steps:

1. FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM

The registration form must be completed at anytime prior to January 31, 2007 and returned to the Steelback Centre Box Office or the Soo Greyhounds Administration Offices. If you do not yet have a registration form you can pick one up at the Box Office or Hounds Administration Office.

2. INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Due to the nature of the system, it can only be paid for by credit card. As a result you must place a working credit card number on the form, to which your tickets will be charged.

3. PICK UP YOUR TICKETS

Under this new system you will receive tickets for the maximum amount of play-off home games possible (16). After registration is completed and all credit cards are verified, a date will be announced at which time all those who have registered can pick up their tickets. Tentatively this date is scheduled for February 19, 2007. This gives all the season ticket holders who sign up for the system over one month to pick up their tickets, and then never have to return to the box office again throughout the playoffs.

ENJOY

Once you have your tickets you will not have to worry about anything. Simply enjoy the games and cheer on the Hounds as they try to go deep into the playoffs. After each round the amount of the tickets used in that round wil be charged to your credit card.

** Please note that you must enrol all season tickets under your season ticket holder account, and cannot cancel your plan in the midst of a play-off round. You may withdraw from the plan within 24 hours after the conclusion of each round and upon your return of all remaining tickets, your credit card will no longer be charged for the remaining amounts.
