A WORD FROM DAVE TORRIE (GENERAL MANAGER)

“We hope our fans will be understanding and supportive during this period of transition. As a club, we had hoped that the Steelback Centre would have been ready to host these events, but as construction nears completion, we have been informed that the facility will not be ready to host events of this magnitude at this time.

Our staff has attempted to take care of our fans and especially our season ticket holders by coming up with the above policies and incentives. Although we can’t service our season ticket holders the way they have been accustomed to in the past, we believe they will understand the dilemma our club is facing while we await the final stages of construction of the Steelback Centre.

I hope our fans will show their continued support to the Greyhound players and coaches while we all anxiously await our home opener in the Steelback Centre on October 11th versus Sudbury.

We believe our fans will be rewarded for their patience and understanding with a competitive hockey team in a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility for a number of years to come.
