************************ Impaired driver arrested

Thirty-nine-year-old Yves Spencer of 61 Grosvenor Avenue was arrested on the 15th of September at 1:23 a.m. on Gore Street and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.

On the 15th of September around 1:19 a.m., City Police received a call about a possible impaired driver in the parking lot at the Mac’s Convenience Store on Gore Street.

It is alleged that when officers arrived, they located the female accused inside her vehicle and at the time she was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

She is to appear in court on the 20th of October.
