Youth hit four times with air rifle on Smale Avenue

************************* Bradley Charrette, age 18, of 108 Crawford Avenue will appear in bail court today.

It is alleged that on Saturday July 28 the accused fired an air rifle at a youth on Smale Avenue.

The youth was struck four times with projectiles from the rifle, causing small welts on his back, leg and head.

The victim did not require medical attention.

The accused was not located on the date of the offence but turned himself in yesterday.

He is charged with one count of assault with a weapon.

He will be appearing in court on September 10.
