Workweek Outlook: Unusually warm weather subsiding

Temperatures over ten degrees above seasonal values will last a couple more days before finally cooling off to more winter-like values this weekend. However, the lack of snow will continue well beyond this weekend and into the start of 2024.

Morning fog on Wednesday will give way to clouds for the rest of the day as temperatures reach +6°C. There is the risk of a shower in the evening - mainly for locations near St. Joseph Island.

Skies slowly clear Thursday, with daytime highs steady near +7°C. Friday will be mostly sunny, but a cool, northerly wind will drop temperatures to +3°C.

Daytime highs will finally fall below freezing this coming weekend, but temperatures will remain above seasonal values for late December.  The next chance for any snow is still over a week away.
