************************* Male accused of being unlawfully in residence

Forty-seven-year-old Paul Archambault of #10-196 James Street was arrested on the 27th of July at 11:55 p.m. at a centrally located residence and charged with one count of being unlawfully in a dwelling house and one count of being intoxicated in a public place.

It is alleged that at approximately 11:40 p.m., City Police received a call to a centrally located apartment regarding an intoxicated male causing a disturbance.

On arrival, officers located the male intoxicated in the front yard and arrested him.

Officers further learned that the accused had been found inside the apartment without permission from the resident.

He is to appear in court on the 21st of August.

************************* Break and enter

- A residence on Alexandra Street was entered sometime between the 23rd and the 27th of July. Numerous Xbox games were reported stolen.

************************* Mischief reports

- Tires of a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue were reported slashed overnight.

- The front windshield of a vehicle parked on Atwater was smashed yesterday afternoon.

- A fence was severely damaged on Heywood Drive in Prince Township.
