Williams St man charged with pointing firearm

************************ Twenty-two-year-old Timothy Robinson of 19 Williams Street was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on the 13th of April at his residence and charge with one count of careless use of a firearm, one count of unauthorized possession of a firearm, one count of possession of a weapon dangerous to public and one count of assault with a weapon.

It is alleged that around 1:25 p.m. yesterday afternoon, City Police responded to a call at the residence of the accused regarding him pointing a firearm at a person inside the residence.

Police investigated the incident and as a result the accused was arrested and charged.

He is to appear in bail court this morning.
