William Middleton charged with impaired

************************* William James Middleton age 41, of 88 Harris Street, will appear in court on March 30 at 9 a.m. charged with impaired driving and consuming over the legal limit.

It is alleged that on February 27 at approximately 11:26 p.m., he had been operating his motor vehicle northbound on People’s Road and was attempting a right turn onto Fourth Line east went his vehicle left the road colliding with a snow bank and a stop sign.

A passerby notified police who attended and took Mr. Middleton into custody.
