NEWS RELEASE
************************** Fifty-year-old William Lethbridge of 43 Kent Crescent was arrested on the 11th of September at 9:07 p.m. on Kent Crescent and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.
It is alleged that on the 11th of September at 9:05 p.m., the accused was observed by City Police driving his vehicle at a high rate of speed on Peoples Road.
Officers stopped the vehicle just as the accused pulled into his driveway.
At the time he was checked, officers found him to be under the influence of alcohol.
He is to appear in court on the 20th of October.
