William Howard charged with impaired driving

************************* 53-year-old William Howard of 78 Superior Drive was arrested yesterday at 5:10 p.m. at his residence for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.

It is alleged that the accused was observed by patrol officers operating his car erratically on Second Line East and was subsequently stopped as he returned to his home.

The accused was found to be impaired by alcohol.

He was arrested and charged for impaired driving and released with a court date of the 20th of December.
