************************* Snowmobile collision leads to charges
ELLIOT LAKE, ON - On January 16, 2010, at approximately 9:43 p.m. police were called to attend Pine Pond Road regarding a snowmobile collision.
On scene police learned that the snow machine was being operated on Dunlop Lake when it struck part of an island.
The passenger was transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Elliot Lake.
The driver has been charged.
Charged with exceed 80 is William Gerald Hall (36) of Elliot Lake.
Hall is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on March 2, 2010.
