Wilbert Joseph Couturier, 41, of 291 Second Avenue, was picked up overnight at 70 East Street by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service in a state of less-than-perfect sobriety.
Couturier is now facing three charges of breach of recognizance for failing to abstain from alcohol, failing to reside with his surety and failing to respect his 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
