Who steals flowers from a grave? Seriously?!

SooToday.com received the following letter earlier this week from concerned and faithful reader Carrie Cerenzie.

**************************** I was speaking with my employer's mother earlier today and was totally disgusted with what I was told.

She is 81 years old and still living an independent lifestyle.

Every year she visits her husband's grave site at Greenwood Cemetery and plants beautiful flowers.

She continues on throughout the summer months pruning and watering them to keep them beautiful.

Now she calls me this morning almost crying because someone has taken the liberty of cutting a large section of her beautiful bright pink flowers as a bouquet.

What is wrong with people?

If you need flowers to bring to that special someone try, A&P (Metro) 3/$10, or pick some wild flowers that grow in the fields nearby.

They are free!

Anyhow, someone owes Kay an apology.

So if you have recently received some beautiful pink flowers, please feel free to question the person that you received them from.

If you are that person, you should go to the cemetery and replace the flowers that you have removed - or at least issue a public apology.

Come on people!

Have some respect for the deceased, for every person that is there is someone's loved one.
