On the 30 January 2014 an alleged spat between two brothers resulted in one getting a bottle smashed across his cheek.
 
A serious cut sent the injured man to hospital for stitches.
 
Charged with assault causing bodily harm is James Julien Boucher (age 24) of Montague St in Sudbury.
 
He will be appearing in bail court on 30 January 2014 at 10 a.m.
