************************* Bike stolen from elementary school

Two male youths, ages 16 and 17, were arrested at 12:15 a.m. yesterday at a West End residence and charged with theft under $5,000 after they allegedly stole a bike from a local elementary school.

One of the male youths was found in possession of bolt cutters in his gym bag.

They are to appear in court on the 20th of April.

Vehicles were vandalized in the areas of the 300 block of Great Northern Road, Glenwood Avenue, Northern Avenue and Wilson Street.

************************* Break and enter

A home under construction on East Balfour Street was entered. An electric heater was stolen.

************************* Theft reports

Two vehicles were broken into in on Wellington Sttreet West yesterday afternoon. An iPod, a Panasonic laptop and some files were reported stolen.
