SSMRA Survey - Your Input Re: the City and PUC Inc.

On Monday January 7, 2013, Sault Ste. Marie city council members will address an issue related to future relations between the City and PUC Inc.

On December 3rd City Council meeting SSMRA organizers supported the motion to defer and postpone the resolution "to open the present shareholders agreement with the P.U.C." until January 7th (or a later) council meeting with the intent to permit time for all parties to thoroughly review the material required and achieve a better understanding and gain knowledge on this issue.

A survey has been created by the Sault Ste. Marie Ratepayers Association (SSMRA) and is intended to gather public opinion and information on the matter, prior to the meeting.

The results of this survey will be provided to council members and the public, in advance of the meeting.

The following survey will close when 1000 responses have been received, or on Sunday December 30, 2012, at 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Real time survey results, including all comments, will also be available online during the entire survey.

The last question of the survey also provides the opportunity to add comments outside of the questions asked.
